  The foyer was lovely and swish and open and welcoming. The room service was good but expensive $100 for one person.

  The room outlooked the roof - would have liked to be higher up with views for what we paid for. One had to wait for the lifts for a while.

  Our room was perfect. Decor and view was great! One thing that I really liked was the fact that the room seemed to be very sound proof. We didn't hear any other voices or tv. From the other rooms or the hallway, we really appreciated that. Also the decor and cleanliness was excellent. Service from the staff was great as well. We will certainly stay again when we visit Toronto. Thank you! Mary and Doug Archer

  Location was good for us

  Was surprised that the 'woodwork' ie counter where glasses kept... Was quite damaged already. It cheapened what otherwise would have been nice looking room. Also the bathroom was very small and little counter space. Did not like the glass panels in bathroom wall and door.They let too much light into bedroom area when being used at night. For these reasons we would choose another hotel next time.

  The location is amazing! You are near restaurants and entertainment! Lobby is modern looking, bar in the hotel had some wonderful drinks! The rooftop pool is small but has a very nice view :))

  It took too long to check in, front desk was slow ( I was a front desk agent myslef) however they were nice.It just suprised me that the rooms were not as I expected from a Hyatt. There were no towels for the pool, allot of guests called down and we waited all day and still no towels. Bad service for a Hyatt. I didnt expect so many kids in the hotel and in the pool..it is more of a family hotel..i guess! All in all, I think the Four seasons would have been better choice,, u pay the same amount but the service and the hotel itself is way better! We wanted to see Hyatt because we heard of the chain being known for luxury and comfort...it should not be a Hyatt in my opinion. Nice hotel but you are paying for the location not the hotel..which is a positive and a negative. Sorry we wont be staying ever again..but it was a nice getaway!

  I like the Location of the hotel and how clean it was.

  The service was a little slow checking in. The delay interfered with my plans and I had to rearrange my schedule due to the delay in checking in.

  Safe deposit box needed constant reprogramming. Also the hotel is a bit overpriced in summer, I think.

  Only negatives...Couple of rooms in our group had bad damage to them. Lacking mini bars and late night room service or restaurant /bar. Everything else was very very good. Top quality hotel

  The room was very comfortable and easy to work at. The tv was a great size with a bathroom but no bath.

  I do not like having to pay for wifi $15 for 24 hours wasn't great value and time did not carry over to the next day so for two nights I spent $30 on wifi due to workload.
